Love being on the first pageI like the ability to create my own bio on my business and services offered. It's not so "cookie cutter." I like the ability to use eGumball to direct my businesses services to the appropriate clientele. Being the opening picture on the first page when one of my tags are searched in my area is nice. Most importantly I like how it directs my information to my desired customer base. Jennifer was awesome. She explained to me, put simply, what was going on with my searches of my companies tags on google. How well my company was doing as well as far as the statistics. She was extremely informative and really easy to talk to. My experience with her was probably the best customer service experience I've had in a long time. I get impatient relatively easy, and annoyed just as fast. But she was real to talk to. Showed genuine concern for what my issue was, and even saved me a little bit of money with my contract with eGumball. Thankfully I have her as a contact if I had any further questions. If I have to rate her.....a soft 6. Or a solid 5. Since the scale stops at 5. But she was cool, I liked it. She seems like a real people pleaser. It helps she comes off friendly with a nice voice. Fortunately for you guys those are both fantastic quality for a customer service rep that deals with people over the phone. Being in customer service myself, as well as past experience managing a floor at a call center for Sirius radio, I'd say she is an asset to the company. She's what's up.
